Policies
| Cancellation | The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. |

| Prepayment | The guest will be charged a Deposit of the first night after reservation and the remaining amount due on check-in. |
| Internet | WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge. |
| Children and Extra Bed Policy | All children are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. |
| Parking | There is pay & display parking at the end of our road. We’ll also provide you with a map of car parks in Blackpool. |
| Pets | Pets are not allowed. |
| Groups | When booking for more than 6 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply. |
| Check-in | Check-in is at 3pm. For earlier check-in (12pm) there is an additional charge of £15. |
